Best aspects of my Xmas holiday stay were the friendly staff and the convenient location to the ski fields. The staff was really polite, responsive and always ready to help. The room was warm and cozy, with a comfy bed, perfect for relaxing after a full day skiing. The hotel has an on-site ski equipment storage and maintenance area, which was really handy. And most importantly, the shuttle bus stop was just in-front of the entrance, which made it easy to get to the nearby ski fields.
Worst aspects of my Xmas holiday stay were the advertised on-site equipment rentals were not available, and the onsens were closed. However, the hotel offered helpful solutions, as there was a ski and rental shop just across the road. Furthermore, their breakfast was really good and had plenty of high-quality food options. it was an enjoyable stay and a great base for anyone looking to hit the slopes.

Great location, only a few steps away from the ski lift and ski rental shop just across the road. The breakfast was very nice with loads of food options. I appreciated the basement equipped for ski/snowboard gear storage and maintenance.
there was no onsite ski equipment rental, as advertised. The night shuttle bus was not frequent enough, making it difficult to get around at night.
